RETURNS

Effective January 1st, 2026, Uzuri Greek no longer accepts returns for items purchased in-store, online, or at events.

EXCHANGES

If you are exchanging an item, Uzuri Greek will accept exchanged within the 15 day guidelines. Customers are responsible for ANY ADDITIONAL COSTS PLUS SHIPPING.

Returns sent to us by mail via the original purchaser will be refunded to the original method of payment. Customers are responsible for all shipping fees. We regret that we are unable to refund your shipping fees unless the return was due to a mistake on our behalf.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please call 614-440-4601 or email Uzurikidkidz@yahoo.com for a return authorization number. Please include your full name, order number and phone number.
